1. PRODUCT PROFILE

Dismantling Joints play a decisive role in the design and layout of pipelines and valves. They are an essential aid during the installation and removal of pipe sections and valves. Without a dismantling joint offering longitudinal adjustment, it is almost impossible to insert a valve exactly into a pipe section. It is used in all pipe systems to facilitate assembly and dismantling of flanged valves. Provides ease of dismantling by taking the axial forces on the valve in the pipeline.Our dismantling joint are manufactured as semi-rigid. Upon request, full rigid and telescopic types are also available.

· ±25mm longitudinal adjustment simplifies future pipework modifications, reducing down time

· Can be locked at required length with tie rods supplied

· FBE anticorrosive coated make long service life

· Both restrained or un-restrained styles for selection

· The integral tie-bar assembly avoid the need for other external restraints
